ORCHESTRATING COMPLETE WEDDING DAY AND RECEPTION

At I Do, our role at your wedding is that of Director, with the bride and groom the stars of the show! With that in mind, we create a wedding day "script" - a complete, detailed schedule - to be used by those involved with staging the big event. The script outlines all aspects of the ceremony and reception and is given to all the vendors, wedding party, Officiant and anyone else who is part of the big day.

Every detail is checked, then double-checked, for your peace of mind.

BRIDAL PARTY TIMELINES

Of course the bridal party is an integral part of your wedding. With so much on the agenda, it's often hard for the attendants to know where to go and what to do. So we include all bridal party considerations in the timeline so everything runs smoothly and on time.

OVERSEEING THE CEREMONY

Ceremony Checklist: There's no such thing as "over-preparation" when it comes to your wedding day. That's why we create a Ceremony Checklist. This list includes just about anything you can think of that could come up during the wedding.

  • Acting as liaison between the wedding party, venue, musicians, photographers and all other vendors
  • Arranging for food during wedding day preparations for members of the wedding party
  • Supplying musicians and other vendors with meals, as needed
  • Schedule, schedule, schedule

We do plan, so you don't have to.
